This says that the latest version is 5.7.1, but I don’t see any options to update

The latest version of that system is compatible only with Foundry v12, but the update notification will show even in Foundry v11.
If you want to consider updating to Foundry v12, please see our guide here Foundry VTT version selection and remember to make backups of your worlds and compendium modules.
