If you have a suggestion, or general feedback about The Forge’s website or service, feel free to create a new topic in the Site Feedback category. If you find a similar topic discussing the same subject there, you can also add your own thoughts to these posts- new topics and replies have the same level of visibility to Forge staff.
If you need help with an issue you are experiencing on the website, or within our service, we have the following options available to you:
- You can use this forum to help solve your issue. You can search for your a solution in previous forum posts, or make a new one in our Help Section.
- If you need help with a basic question about using The Forge, we probably have a well written guide in our FAQ and Tutorial section.
- You can reach out on our official Discord, where you can chat live with our experienced volunteers and support staff. If needed, our support can open a private ticket on our Discord server, to help resolve any sensitive account issues.
- You can reach out to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that email has the longest average response time.
