Seems like the UI have been changed during some updates and theres no longer a Module Settings updates in Configure Settings menu anymore. So is the Forge:more awesomeness still a thing? or is it no longer supporting the game.

Hey Volition. You can now find such settings under Configure Settings, as of V11. We’ll work on getting that updated.

As a side note, due to browser error it sometimes happens that an app is already installed but doesn’t show. If that’s the case, you might not always see the install option in the Chrome URL bar.
An easy way to fix it if that is the case is to go to chrome://apps/ and uninstall it there, then you should get the reinstall button.
