Uploaded file broken in Asset Library

Hello everyone, so a while back in March I uploaded a png file to the asset library to use as a background for one of my scenes, and everything worked perfectly fine.
When I logged into the world today, I saw that the image had disappeared, and when I attempted to open the file via the link in both the scene configuration and then directly via the library browser, I got the following error message:

As I do not have a locally saved backup of this file, I wanted to ask whether there was any other way to return this image.

Hello West. We’re sorry to hear about this issue. Is the image still failing to load? I’m wondering if this was just a minor hiccup you were experiencing, or an ongoing bug of some sort.

I can’t upload assets either now

Same here. One player was able to upload a portrait for his character, but after that no one could upload another players art assests.

I can upload as well. keep getting error messages
