Any time I try to drag an actor from a subfolder to another folder it moves the entire folder. Is this happening to anyone else? Is this a new bug? what do I do to fix it?

This behaviour may be being modified by a specific system or a module, and might vary from Foundry version to version.
I’d recommend checking to see if this happens with all modules disabled.
If it does, please let us know which Foundry version, and which system (and it’s version) you’re using so that we can try to replicate it, and we might be able to offer a solution or log the bug to the right place
