A couple of weeks ago i tried updating the forger version on my main world and it became corrupted. i tried rolling it back but every character sheet and journal etc is empty with all the data gone. I had a back up on pc however the files are not json so i do not appear able to upload them. they appears as a databse sheet which is beyond my knowledge to edit.
i have tried accessing previous save points to clone the world or restore a back up and it has failed every time i have tried and either times out or say it failed to load to queue and to try again later.
i believe it may has crashed as it was using a lot of capacity but no back ups will load either and i cannot extract the data or reupload from the back up on PC. I have created new worlds but mainly just need to boot up original world so i can copy the sheets and journals etc.
Is there any steps that might be able to allow me to retrieve these files?
