It seems to me that you did everything right.
And to clarify when you go to My Foundry>My Games that default Forge banner is what you’re supposed to see with Game Master subscription and without Game Manager enabled.
Possible causes of this issue would be:
- Browser Extensions, so try using Incognito Mode.
- Having hardware acceleration disabled, more on that in this document.
