Being able to drag/drop a file from the assets library into another folder in order to re-organize things would make things easier.
This would probably go after adding the drag&drop to upload, and at the same time as adding the ability to rename files and folders.
I think being able to drop a file/folder into the breadcrumbs area would be useful to drop a file into its parent directory or all the way to the root folder in a single move.
