Ive been trying for days to download a module i bought off the Foundry store but cant, I saw the note about a hotfix but nothing has been fixed i still cant download/install premium modules. How do i apply the hotfix?
facing the same issue here, seems like its working for some but not for others? It’s definitely still an issue that should be addressed quickly.
Hey there, this issue should’ve been hotfixed last night and has fixed the issue for most users, but we are seeing that some users are still affected. We’re looking into this but we need more info, so are you able to provide info on any specific errors messages you’re getting now when trying to install premium modules?
Does anybody else have an issue where after the update all the module updates load their assets to data instead of assets drive? I’ve updated a few modules after moving to Foundry 13 and now the data folder exploded from 400MB to 1GB. In the past, these updates would load to Assets folder but somehow that changed.
Unfortunately no error message. I just install, it says success, I check the version, it shows as undefined and after a refresh of the page the moduile is not installed anymore. Prior to this I updated my forge from V12 to V13. Update for all non premium modules is working without any issues.
Juat loaded up a game and saw the module i was having trouble with was installed so seems to be fixed for me now
