Status Effect permanently stuck on token

Hi, I’m having some trouble with tokens that seem to have status effect temporarily assigned to them. For example, the Concentration status on the spellcasters won’t go away. If i click on it it just adds another concentration status to it. This began to happen with the DnD 5E update. I have the combat utility belt installed if that helps. Anyone else have this issue?

That would be Combat Utility Belt, you would need to enable the custom effects.

I would suggest trying over at Foundry’s Discord.
As the module itself isn’t Forge related, and I don’t have information enough to define how to fix it.
