I’m a new user, and when attempting to build my first scene the background image won’t load. It’s a Jpeg, 1198 x 572, and the error message reads: “thumbnail generation for scene failed: cannot read property ‘width’ of null”
I changed the size parameters, even changed browsers as well. I run an Intel Core I3, on a Dell, using Windows 10. Please advise?
Are you sure the path to the image is correct? Does this happen for a new scene or was this imported? Also if you use discord you may get a faster answer and better back and forth troubleshooting. https://discord.com/invite/tHYvryr
It was for a new scene, from a picture. I’ve heard some references to the path to the image, but am uncertaiin what that means. I’m not very tech saavy
