Player Can't log into game

I have a player that can log into Forge just fine, but when he tries to log into my Foundry VTT game through it, his join button stays grayed out after he selects his name.

Facts:
He is using a PC laptop
He has tried on both Chrome and Firefox
He has done the hardware acceleration thing

Please help.

What version of Chrome and Firefox are they using?

Also, WHAT part of the Hardware Acceleration thing has the player down? If it’s just checking “is it enabled” and Chrome is greater than version 80, then the player needs to run down ALL of the steps here: How to fix it if Hardware acceleration is off

I had them check out their browser and its good to go

I don’t understand what you mean by this. They checked their Browser Version? They checked and verified WebGL? How?
