Patreon Linking Not Working

I am a early tester for theripper33 on Patreon and have linked my account, but I am unable to download any of his premium modules because it states that I need to pledge to theripper33 first. I did pledge, but it seems that my account is not being recognized. I have refreshed my Patreon, including unlinking and linking. I even went as far as to log in and out of Patreon. The only thing I can surmise from this evidence is that I need help. On Patreon it looks like the token isn’t being generated properly?

Please help.

Hi there,

Can you please check and confirm for me that the linked account is indeed the one that is subscribed to theripper’s Patreon, and that the same account is indeed linked to Foundry and Forge?

Freshly checked since I did not think about that. Sadly it is the correct one showing all my other pledges as well. Weirdly, it allowed me to download another premium module with I linked my Patreon. It’s just the rippers I am having trouble with it seems.

Hi again,

Thanks for checking, I’ve noticed in our Discord that few others have had some issues with rherippers modules recently, so maybe there’s something else happening here.
I’ll forward this issue to our devs for a review to check if there’s something else happening in the background, this may take some time though so we would appreciate your patience while we get back to you with new info.

I’m also having this same issue, so I just wanted to chime in with that. Thanks for any help, I’ll be following this thread.

Hi there. We are encounting the same problem. This is really, reallllllyyyy problematic. We need our patreons, we paid for it and we need it asap. We’re trying to see with Patreon but they are not really reagent… Please help us.

Hey there @enm_a @kiriktheorc @gmonster

Sorry for delays in response, we’ve been quite busy digging through these issues.

Turns out we’ll need your assistance on this, and it would help us greatly if you could open a ticket in our Discord channel where we could troubleshoot issue much faster as it is our preferred method of communicating with customers.

Alternatively, if you don’t want to use Discord for whatever reason, please send us an email at [email protected], reference this email thread and we’ll proceed again from there.

Hey again,
I would like to add one more thing to be checked from your end, can you see you are able to install these premium modules on your local Foundry instance? That would confirm for us that the issue is Forge specific or not.

Hey @enm_a @gmonster

Can you try re-linking your Patreon account on the Foundry website, and then attempt to install the rippers module again?
