- Grimnir is a primal land created during the exodus of the Vanir (Gods of this land). The world is facing what the seers believe to be Ragnarok, and send an expedition to investigate a misterious tower that they have seen in their dreams. In the beginning of the adventure, a fate rune is cast by the raider seers (known as the völv) for every soul braving the world of Grimnir. Each hero must embrace that fate to save this world during the inevitable final battle—even if the sacrifices they must make are cruel, unfair, and devastating. Heroes in Grimnir persevere against overwhelming odds and devastating setbacks. Only the bold shall succeed. And yet… even if the world is saved, how the heroes save it forever alters the future.
Hello, I’m Ace and I have been playing DnD for about 6 years and DMing for at least 4 of those. I run my games as balanced as i can towards Roleplay and Combat mostly with enough exploration to make you feel satisfied.
In roleplay i will put priority on the main story. I will build sub-plots if the players agree, as long as eventually we come back to the main Storyline.
Combat-wise, challenge is my approach. This means i will do my best to balance encounters to the party’s level of experience. New players will be challenged by learning the combat rules while more experienced players will be challenged with new foes that might require new ways of thinking to defeat. I can do this with mixed tables.
