I am trying to download ‘Festival of Tombs’ and I am constantly timing out. I’ve tried it with a manifest url and in the normal fashion, with both eventually timing out. I don’t know what options I have remaining.

Hi there, can you use the Import Wizard to upload the package from your local install?

You can disable the option to install from the Bazaar, which will upload the package directly.
