According to the screen, I’m unable to make the payment. I followed all the steps, entered my address, and the card details correctly. It asked for an OTP, and I entered it correctly as well. I’m using a Mastercard from TrueMoney Wallet to make the payment. I would like to know if there is any way to fix this. I’m currently very stressed and trying to find a solution.

If all is as it seems per that document, do you have other payment options available? I’m wondering if your Mastercard from TrueMoney Wallet could be causing this issue.
