I have a Patreon membership and would like to install the module, but the system does not give me the option.

This module is linked to Foundry’s Patreon integration rather then Forge’s, which is why it’s not working here.
If you’ve linked your Foundry account to Patreon here, head to your Foundry subscriptions page here and you should see a Manifest URL.
This should make the package on the Bazaar installable in a few minutes when the data syncs through to our side, from the Bazaar, but you can also install through the manifest URL from the Bazaar main page.
Untick the install from the Bazaar option to forward the install request directly to Foundry.
That should get you sorted.
