Having Issues with LiveKit through the Forge 0.6.6

For the last 2 weeks or so livekit simply keeps disconnecting. I have tried both versions 0.6.6 and 0.6.5 and same issue. The console shows
reconnect disconnected {room: ‘', roomID: '', participant: '', participantID: '*****’}
this happens on multiple browsers for multiple players and I have cleared cache and gone incognito. anyone have any advice?

Thanks for the report, and we’re sorry to hear about this. Can I confirm what server region this is on, and if it’s consistently reproducible on disconnecting, or if it happens at random times? In addition, have you been able to test this with safe configuration enabled, or is this just not feasible?

Hello. I am not sure the server region but all the players and myself are on the northeastern region of United States. This has been consistent for weeks and it now is constant regardless of clearing cache, uninstalling reinstalling the module. Trying an older version, a different browser etc. let me know if I can provide any other information

Hello Tevolo, thanks for the clarification. Would it all be possible for you all to test out whether safe configuration helps as a potential fix to Livekit. In addition, can I ask again if it’s reproducible consistently, or if it happens at random times?

Hello. I will try safe configuration next time and it is consistent. It stopped working and never came back though occasionally for a few seconds someone would connect and you could hear them talking but then the connection dropped.
