Game completely stuck loading and nothing has helped

I run the CoC7 module and I had my game backed up in case anything went wrong and when I updated it I noticed my game wasn’t loading in despite it opening earlier right before a session. I did a few things with a friend and it seemed to finally load and I could relax, until this week it seemingly did it yet again. I have launched it in safe mode, made sure hardware acceleration is enable, I overwrote files to upload a backup, I uninstalled mods, I uninstalled and reinstalled the module, I tried loading it locally with foundry, I tried copying the data folder and putting it in. Nothing.

The only error that’s showing up in the browser is the following:

Uncaught (in promise) RangeError: invalid

In the F12 log

And in the forge log it say the version in launching is too new for the version available which is even stranger because when I go to the mod it says it’s compatible with the version I have (I think the specific problem is with the core content which is even funnier because I can’t even load it when I uninstall it either ahaha)

But in native foundry it won’t load…period

I genuinely have no idea what to do I’ve even attempted to try and read the entire error log but nothing is showing up even in the logs other than what is listed and I’m genuinely at a loss.

Hey there.

What is the module name and version that is causing these issues?
What is the Foundry and game system version you’re running on the Forge?

And can you clarify exactly the full description of the error you saw?
Is is something like this?:
Error: Documents from a core version newer than the running version cannot be migrated

The system is Call of Cthulhu 7e and the module that I believe may be the issue is the keepers pack/compendium, however it says that it’s compatible with the version of forge and native foundry which is I believe (and I pardon myself as I’m away from my computer) v.14 367.

I had that error message yes, however all my materials are updated on forge originally and updated alongside my forge version when I first had this issue, and actually no I didn’t get that newer version error in the log I had something along the lines of a “time sync error”/”date error” but I can double check

Please try and get us the exact wording on the error you’re seeing, it would be most helpful.

If I understood this correctly, the game world won’t load at all if you try running it on your local Foundry app, is this right? That would suggest general incompatibility issue at hand.

I would be most interested to know your exact Foundry, game system, and module versions you’re trying to run both locally and on the Forge.
