Heyo, my friend whos the Dm cannot load into forge no matter what he does. He has stable internet, its not blocked and it just stays on this white screen loading. Not sure whats going on because hes tried multiple browsers, everything is pointing towards his isp and apartment complex router not liking the site link.
Any advice to try for next time would be much appreciated.
Unfortunately it seems we had a major routing issue affecting NA last night, truly and deeply sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
This is actively being looked at by our infra team and we need feedback.
Can you check if you’re still having these issues, and if you are do you have any Cloudflare error page screenshots for us?
