While Trying to appload JPG files to the library it gives this message. No other JPG or ZIP files areuploaded either.

Do you happen to have 3rd party antivirus software installed on your PC or browser as extensions?
If you do we recommend uninstalling them as they can cause various issues with the Forge.
Another thing to try is using different browser such as Firefox or Edge.
Let me know if this works.
