Sop I accidentally deleted one of my players character sheet in a 5E world is it possible to recover it?

If you’ve previously exported the actor, you can re-import that of course.
I’d recommend making a current backup of your current world before restoring any old backups, but if you have a backup of the world or access to Save Points The Forge then restore that and export the actor from there, then re-import it into your current world.
