Custom formula not Working ( Dungeon World)

Hello, maybe there are users who have the same problem, since 2 days I can no longer launch actions that require a custom roll on the dungeon world game system.

However, with spells I can cast custom roll…I disabled all the modules and launched my game room in safe mode, nothing seems to be able to solve the problem.

I made an inspection of the page and it seems that there is an error (screen) , do you have any solutions?

Seems this might be due to the latest dungeon world release.
You can go to the bazaar and change the version back to the previous one if you feel like this is too big of an issue.
