It isn’t possible to edit system files directly on the Forge.
You might be able to make use of a module that renames or adds custom abilities and skills such as 5e - Custom Abilities & Skills | Foundry Virtual Tabletop, or alternatively import a custom version of the system How to upload a modified version of a module/system
