After installing v10 Configure Settings Window is blank!

The function used to configure module settings is empty, and now has a side panel and a drop down menu to designate who is making the changes. I select “DM” but no modules show up. Totally blank! What the heck? Help!!

What system are you on?
Make sure to update all your systems too
