Hello, im new to foundary when I press + it does not work on the actor sheet.

This looks like it might be a bug in the pf2e system or perhaps a module error.

Please check the Bazaar and make sure that all of your modules and systems are up to date for your installed version of Foundry.

Disable all modules in the game, and try to add an Ancestry again.
This will open up the Ancestries compendium, from which you can drag one onto your character sheet.
Slightly besides the point, but my players liked it 
For easier character creation in pf2e, I’d also recommend having a look at the pathmuncher module and https://pathbuilder2e.com/
