Hi all, I’m brand new to this forum so hoping I’ve formatted everything right!
I have been running a heavily modified and homebrewed D&D campaign virtually for the last 2 years and we are about to finish the first campaign this coming Wednesday (Unless my players take a wild detour). We have a player dropping out at the end of campaign 1 and the replacement I had arranged might be unable to make it. So I’m a hot single DM with a group of 3 others looking for our special number 4. (We have a 5th who due to scheduling is not always present and is treated as a nice bonus, I’m hoping for another regular!)
The campaign is a science-fiction fantasy setting of my own creation set on future earth approximately 10,500 years following a mass extinction event, the first campaign centred around a group of revolutionaries from the slums of the archology city known as Gloria that has kept itself sealed like a time capsule since the apocalypse began, campaign 2 is set 20 years following the success (or failure) of their revolution with a changed and different world on the brink of war and strife. Your character will be an envoy sent from one of the five Nidal Realms to join the Roseguard Comission that has been tasked by the previous party to investigate why the world is still so toxic and deadly. Of course each realm has sent a highly expendable candidate, due to the looming threat of war!
