I was given a gift card from a friend and accepted it but now I feel terrible about it. I haven’t used it and I wanted to know if it could be refunded to the person who sent it to me?

You can’t specifically “refund” the gift card, but you can simply buy a new gift card of the same amount (from the Bazaar), and it would use your current unused balance, you can then send the friend the new gift card that they’d be able to claim and get their funds back into their own balance.

Thanks for the response.
If I did as you suggested above, and the funds went back into their own balance, do you mean it would be in The Forge balance, i.e. they could only spend that money through The Forge or could they return it to their bank? As far as I understand, they only use it as a player so it wouldn’t be particularly useful to them like it would for a GM.

It would only increase their balance on The Forge, I’m afraid. As it stands, we have a no-refund policy. Let us know if you have other questions or concerns.
