  1. Yes :wink: But it can be a plethora of different reasons for this, so we will do some troubleshooting.

  2. Most likely not, you can be as many computers on the same internet as you want.

  3. So, I would check the Chrome version first of all, see if the laptop has a older version of Chrome.
    Check that the browser used is supported (firefox, chrome, newest edge.).
