Have you checked our Grey Screen troubleshooting documentation?
Are you having this issue with one specific world or all of them?
If it’s just one world;
Can you load in with Safe Configuration enabled?
What is the overall size of the world in question, and does performance improve after chat history has been cleared?
If it’s more than one world;
Try disabling and enabling Hardware Acceleration again on your main browser.
Does the issue persist with Chrome, Edge, and Firefox?
