It sounds like there might be an error either in the world or in the related modules used by it. Iād recommend asking your GM to check this troubleshooting document (The Gray Screen) and run through it, specifically trying with all modules disabled.
If they have any issues troubleshooting, please point them to our Discord server where they would be able to share a screenshot of the error to help us get to the bottom of it
