By accident I deleted all spells from my games and even D&D Beyond Importer does not seem to get them back.
Any ideas?

Sadly not, without a previous backup of your game.
Spells should be importable with the DDB importer though. I would recommend a stop and start to see what the importer can do. It shouldn’t just “stop” importing. It could be a cache thing, if you can clear it from the Importer.
