Ah, I didn’t see the mention that the laptop doesn’t have the same issue. That does seem to indicate something is wrong with your gaming PC. Did you try a different browser by any chance?
Can you also check if you have enough free space in the C: drive, I know that sometimes chrome will fail to load images if there’s enough free space in C: drive because it can’t save the file, that could be it.
You can try Windows’s “Disk cleanup” tool and try to empty the “temporary internet files” to free up some space since the browsers have a limit to how much storage they can use.
